browse through samples taken from a dictionary project on slang, Norwegian-English
Dictionary of Current English Slang, Colloquialisms & Related Phraseology,
a unique and pretty unconventional collection of English words and
expressions belonging to everyday speech. Many different aspects of informal
English usage have been covered, from the so called vulgarisms, through the
most varied slang usage, to a pretty rare collection of more standard words,
expressions and idiomatic language, used in conversational English. A
collection now numbering over 6,230 main entries, additionally comprising
